2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Mai HRMS platform and its features.
  • To process payroll, attendance, onboarding, and other HR workflows on your behalf.

  • We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide services.
  • Upon account termination, your data is retained for 90 days before permanent deletion, unless a longer period is required by law.
